Spiced Chicken

This is delicious!

You will need:

500 g chicken 2 g salt
15 g chilli oil 25 g sesame oil
1 g pepper 15 g green onion
5 g sugar 15 g garlic
10 g brown vinegar 5 g ginger
40 g soy sauce

Preparation:

1) Cut green onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces.

2) Combine green onion, garlic and ginger with chilli oil, pepper, sugar, brown vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil, mix well.

Cooking:

1) Put chicken into saucepan, cover with water, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer gently 40 minutes, or until tender. Remove chicken from saucepan. Allow chicken to stand in water to cool. Drain chicken.

2) Cut chicken into small serving-size pieces.

3) Place chicken pieces onto serving plate, top with sauce mixture.
